We look forward to welcoming you to the Moulin Rouge! The Musical at the Piccadilly Theatre, and want you to feel safe and comfortable during your visit. When performances commence, we will adhere to strict health and safety protocols developed under the guidance of local government officials and public health experts.

 

COVID-Confident Ticket Guarantee

Our COVID-19 Terms and Conditions allow you to book your Moulin Rouge! The Musical tickets with confidence and exchange with ease. If you or any of your party are unable to attend due to flu-like symptoms, testing positive or awaiting test results for COVID-19 on the day of the performance, or if you are affected by COVID-19 related restrictions, we will offer you a fee-free exchange. If no suitable performance can be found, a credit note will be issued.

 

To take advantage of the COVID-Confident Ticket Guarantee you must buy your tickets via the official box office – ATG Tickets:

  1. Purchase tickets to a performance of Moulin Rouge! The Musical via the official Box-Office
  2. If you are unable to attend due to illness or symptoms related to COVID-19 please visit our official box office (ATG Tickets) Help Centre and submit a request at least 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled performance.
  3. Exchange your tickets for any performance that is onsale and with tickets available, or if no suitable future performance can be found you will receive a full credit note for the value of your tickets.
  4. Once exchanged, your new e-tickets will be issued 2 weeks prior to the new performance date and will replace your cancelled and invalid tickets.

 

Exchanges and credit notes will only be issued for tickets purchased through the official
Box-Office.

  • All sales made through www.moulinrougemusical.co.uk are made via the official Box-Office so you will be covered by this policy.
  • For group sales please contact your groups representative. This exchange policy does not apply to tickets purchased through Groups Departments.
