COVID PROCEDURES

What is the COVID safe plan at the venue?

The Piccadilly is an approved venue on Official London Theatre’s ‘See it Safely’ list.

We look forward to welcoming you to Moulin Rouge! The Musical at the Piccadilly Theatre, and want you to feel safe and comfortable during your visit. When performances commence, we will adhere to strict health and safety protocols developed under the guidance of local government officials and public health experts.

From 21 June, theatres hope to open at full capacity, providing the roadmap goes ahead as planned. While we currently do not have full details from the government on exactly what live events will look like by November when Moulin Rouge! The Musical performances commence, we will be working closely with Official London Theatre to keep fans and ticketholders updated as guidance becomes clearer.

Can I exchange my tickets if I feel unwell, or if COVID restrictions change?

We stand by Official London Theatre’s ‘Book with Confidence. Exchange with Ease’ pledge, as we know how important it is to be flexible in current times.

If you are not able to come to the theatre due to Covid, you can access a fee-free exchange.

If you or any of your party, or immediate household or bubble, experience flu-like symptoms, test positive, are isolating or are awaiting test results for COVID-19 on the day of the performance, or if you are affected by COVID-19 related restrictions, we ask that you please stay at home and do not attend Moulin Rouge! The Musical. Visit ATGtickets to request an exchange.

Refer to our COVID-Confident Ticket Guarantee for full details. (Under all other circumstances the venue’s standard ticket exchange policies will apply.)
