COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We look forward to welcoming you to Moulin Rouge! The Musical and want you to feel safe and comfortable during your visit. Currently, upon arrival, as well as your eTickets, all members of your party over the age of 18 must demonstrate documentation of their COVID-19 status to gain entry.

As per the current Government mandate, all visitors to the Piccadilly Theatre are also required to wear a face covering unless medically exempt.

COVID PROCEDURES

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHOW IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID?

If your performance is cancelled your ticket provider will be in touch regarding exchange and refund options. If you choose to rebook, we will price match your tickets and ticket class. Our official social channels will be updated with the latest cancellation details. Safety remains our top priority. We apologise for any inconvenience.

What is the COVID safe plan at the venue and what are the latest protocols?

The Piccadilly is an approved venue on Official London Theatre’s ‘See it Safely’ list. We look forward to welcoming you to Moulin Rouge! The Musical and want you to feel safe and comfortable during your visit.

Currently, upon arrival, as well as your eTickets, all members of your party over the age of 18 must demonstrate documentation of their COVID-19 Status to gain entry in ONE of the following ways:

Full vaccination (first and second dose), and with the second dose administered at least 14 days before your visit; OR

Documentation to prove a negative PCR/ LF test has been taken within the 48 hours prior to attendance.

Attendees under the age of 18 must provide verbal confirmation that they have not tested positive nor are currently suffering from symptoms of COVID-19; from their parent, guardian or the individual themselves if they are aged 16 or 17.

As per the current Government mandate, all visitors to the Piccadilly Theatre are also required to wear a face covering unless medically exempt. When seated in the auditorium, you may remove your face covering to enjoy food and drink. For your comfort and safety, our venue staff will wear face coverings.

Can I exchange my tickets if I feel unwell, or if COVID restrictions change?

We stand by Official London Theatre’s ‘Book with Confidence. Exchange with Ease’ pledge, as we know how important it is to be flexible in current times.

If you are not able to come to the theatre due to Covid, you can access a fee-free exchange.

If you or any of your party, or immediate household or bubble, experience flu-like symptoms, test positive, are isolating or are awaiting test results for COVID-19 on the day of the performance, or if you are affected by COVID-19 related restrictions, we ask that you please stay at home and do not attend Moulin Rouge! ACCESSIBLE BOOKING

Is seating suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility available?

Yes, the Piccadilly Theatre has several new wheelchair spaces as well as seats suitable for a wheelchair user to transfer into. These seats, just like all other seats, are available to book. Is seating suitable for those with audio impairment available?

Yes, the Piccadilly Theatre is equipped with Sennheiser MobileConnect WiFi sound amplification system. MobileConnect uses WiFi to deliver superior quality audio to a smart device such as an iPod or iPhone, either through headphones or via a necklace for hearing aid users. Devices can be borrowed on the day, or alternatively patrons can download the Sennheiser MobileConnect app and use their own device. Assistance dogs are welcome.

A captioned performance is programmed for Saturday 26 February at 2.30pm and a British Sign Language Interpreted performance is programmed for Saturday 12 March at 2.30pm. TICKET FAQs

When will I receive my tickets?

You will receive confirmation of your purchase straight away. Your e-ticket will be sent out two weeks prior to the performance.

What is the duration of the performance?

The show running time is 2 hours and 35 minutes including a 20-minute interval.

Is there a minimum age recommendation?

The show is recommended for children 12 years of age and over.

Are there strobe lights during the performance?

Yes.

Are group bookings available?
